Can you smoke weed at all-inclusive resorts?
No. No all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana permits cannabis use on its property — not in rooms, not on balconies, not in the gardens, not on the beach loungers, not anywhere. Cannabis is illegal nationally under Dominican Law 50-88, and resorts add their own internal policies prohibiting use of any controlled substance.
