What you really pay (and what's already in your ticket)

Since April 2018 the US$10 tourist card and departure tax are collected by airlines as part of the fare — no need to buy at the airport. The only mandatory step on arrival is the free electronic e-Ticket (eticket.migracion.gob.do), which must be filled out within 72h before flight in both directions.
