Los Ojos Eco Journey takes guests into the heart of the Indigenous Eyes Ecological Reserve — a protected 1,500-acre sanctuary of tropical forest, freshwater cenotes, native wildlife and important conservation projects. Named after the Taíno word for natural freshwater springs, the reserve protects twelve stunning cenotes hidden beneath the canopy. Along scenic nature trails, visitors learn about Punta Cana's unique ecosystem, indigenous heritage and the conservation work that protects the endangered Rhinoceros Iguana and critically endangered Ridgway's Hawk.
