Yes — with a licensed operator. Modern buggies have full roll cages, 4-point seatbelts, and the guide rides on a separate unit at the front. Top speed on the trail is 30 km/h. Risks come from sub-$60 deals: missing helmets, cracked seatbelts, 30-buggy convoys. Avoid those and the buggy is statistically safer than the highway transfer.

Mosquitoes / snakes / scary wildlife?+
