Do I need to speak English?+

Yes, working English is required for any guest-facing role. Spanish is required. Extra languages (German, French, Italian, Russian, Portuguese) are strongly preferred and pay more.

Do you only work with Dominican citizens?+

No. We work with Dominican citizens, residents and properly-papered foreign professionals. We do not facilitate informal or undocumented work.

Where do you operate?+

Mainly Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Bayahibe, La Romana and Las Terrenas — with daily logistics into Santo Domingo, Santiago and the north coast.

How quickly will I get bookings or leads?+

Do I need my own car / boat / equipment?+
