Depends on the role. Drivers, guides and contractors are typically paid per-trip / per-tour / per-day. Office, sales and coordinator roles are competitive monthly compensation plus performance. Partners and affiliates earn commission or revenue share.

Do I need to speak English?+

Yes, working English is required for any guest-facing role. Spanish is required. Extra languages (German, French, Italian, Russian, Portuguese) are strongly preferred and pay more.

Do you only work with Dominican citizens?+

No. We work with Dominican citizens, residents and properly-papered foreign professionals. We do not facilitate informal or undocumented work.

Where do you operate?+

Mainly Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Bayahibe, La Romana and Las Terrenas — with daily logistics into Santo Domingo, Santiago and the north coast.

How quickly will I get bookings or leads?+

Once onboarding is done, most contractors see their first paid booking within 1–3 weeks. Partners and affiliates depend on traffic in their category — most see qualified inquiries within the first month.

Do I need my own car / boat / equipment?+

Depends on the role. Drivers must have their own vehicle (or qualify to drive ours). Captains must hold a valid Dominican licence. Photographers and videographers bring their own kit. Guides do not need their own transport.

Is there exclusivity?+

We do not require exclusivity. You can keep your other clients and accounts. We do require that bookings we send are honoured at the price agreed and to the standard agreed.

How are payouts handled?+

Cash, bank transfer or wallet — your choice. Payouts are documented with a numbered ticket per booking and a weekly or monthly statement so you always know exactly what's owed.
