No. We are a concierge, hospitality, transportation and villa-rental company. We do not provide medical treatment, do not employ doctors, dentists or surgeons, and do not give medical advice. Your treatment relationship is directly with your chosen independent clinic.
Do you recommend specific doctors or clinics?+
We do not endorse specific medical providers. We help with the travel, transportation, accommodation and personal-assistance side of your trip. The choice of clinic, surgeon or dentist is yours — many guests arrive with that decision already made.
What languages do you operate in?+
English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese and Russian on WhatsApp, with native-speaker drivers and concierge staff available for high-touch stays.
Can my family stay with me?+
Yes. Most recovery villas accommodate 2–8 guests, and we tailor a parallel itinerary so travelling companions enjoy the destination — gentle excursions, beach days, restaurants, spa — while you recover privately.
How early should I book?+
For peak season (December–April) we recommend booking your villa and transportation 6–8 weeks before arrival. Off-season (May–November) 2–3 weeks is usually enough. Last-minute requests are possible — message us anyway.
Is the transportation discreet?+
Yes. Unmarked SUVs and Sprinter vans, professional drivers under NDA, no signage, no third-party passengers. Privacy is the default.
Do you handle wheelchair or limited-mobility transfers?+
Yes — we have vehicles with low step-in height, fold-out steps and folding-wheelchair capacity. Tell us your mobility needs at booking and we match the right vehicle and driver.
What about pharmacy and grocery runs during recovery?+
Our concierge handles pharmacy refills, grocery deliveries, post-op supplies (compression garments, soft pillows, ice packs), pharmacy translation when needed, and weekly restocking — all charged at receipt value with no mark-up, a single monthly statement.
How do I get a proposal?+
Send a WhatsApp message with your dates, planned treatment type, party size and any special needs. You receive a written plan with villa options, transportation and concierge fees within 24 hours — no obligation.
